The Process

  • Step 1 | QUALIFICATION

    We coordinate a qualification call with the prospective client to ascertain that we are a good fit for their requirements and vice versa. It is vitally important that we identify your past disappointments, frustrations, aspirations and where we can help going forward. If we are a suitable fit, we move to the next stage of the process.

  • Step 2 | STRATEGY & ENGAGEMENT

    This is known as the strategy session and we sit down with our client to carefully shape and mould their brief. We, as the buyers advocate, extract as much information as we can from you the client, and this session is all about you and your property goals. At this point, you engage our services and we are committed to the journey.

  • Step 3 | SEARCH & ASSESMENT

    The search begins. We carefully decipher your brief, budget, goal alignments and end goals, then extensively examine the market, speak to our network of REA’s, private sellers and collate a report style list of properties that warrant your attention and interest. Our team will then shortlist properties based on your feedback and organise inspections. If you are living interstate or an expat overseas, we are happy to coordinate a video tour and photos for your perusal. We then conduct a detailed and exhaustive price evaluation using advanced technology software and our own comparative market analysis.

  • Step 4 | BUYING THE PROPERTY

    This step forms the basis of the buying process. Our team handles all negotiations, bids at auction if required, puts forward offers and acts as your conduit to the Real Estate Agent throughout the whole process, ensuring you get the best possible price, terms, and conditions. We communicate with you every single step of the way and take the lead on all discussions with the key stakeholders involved.

  • Step 5 | WORKING TOWARDS SETTLEMENT

    Alongside your conveyancer/solicitor and or mortgage broker, we make sure that this last part of the journey is a smooth ride. We want to ensure that any special conditions that pertain to finance approval, building and pest inspections or strata reports are covered off and work in your favour. Once the contract goes unconditional, we stay on board right to the end of the journey and celebrate your successes on settlement day.
